fan adapter

seems to be enough room inside my RM 100 ...so gonna get 80mm to 120mm adapter ...so I can use a 120mm fan ...2x airflow and half the noise of the stock one ... I chose the Cooler Master R4-L2R-20AC-GP and modDIY adapter

I just got lucky really ...I did not know for sure it was gonna fit, I just eyeballed it ...got fan today ...relieved it fits ...have to wait on pic ...turned my cell off so I could have more coin for gear ...I have to wait till guitar buddy comes over

After 5 years ...

Nevertheless, I was searching for fan mods and came across this topic...

Is there any regrets/problems after changing fan?

The noise coming from fan of my RM50 combo is killing me.
Playing guitar is my hobby, so I usually play at bedroom level. Noise level is equal to signal level (((

I ordered new quiet 80 mm fan, but thinking on getting 120 mm.
Did you drill the holes in chassis for it?

I want answers too or any help, I left him a comment on his facebook post but yea it's been like five years. Need to know basically everything, where to get the part lol and how to do the mod.
