Some stock tones, SL+ and Treadplate:

(Squire Strat, Billy Corgan Sig pickups, Randall RM100 at conversation volume into Marshall 1960B with G12T75, using a Shure PG57 mic. -6dB dip at 129Hz to reduce room resonace, no other processing)

I agree with Matt - this sounds good.

Also a big fan of the Dimarzio Billy Corgan pickups. They're really nice in tone and feel.
 
Thanks. Not really happy still with the way that shure PG57 sound on these G12T75's. Somehow in the room it sounded bigger....
 
Although this doesn't sound bad, I would recommend recording at real volume levels. . . A&B both recordings after the fact and typically you will find louder recorded amps sound much better.
