I've been playing around with the clean channel of my 5153 and single coil pickups and thought thast I might like to get some kind of clean module (I don't have one) . I'm wondering what module would be best for cleans and a pushed clean sound with loads of headroom. Also if there's a way I can roll off the high end, that might be nice too. I'm going for a tone similar to the Hendrix song Little Wing. Any suggestions?

Someone should do a Peavey JSX Module wih Crunch and Ultra options with Fat switch.

I'd be interested in one of those, but only if they name it the XSr. :)

I've had my eyes on the Salvo LoneClean and Twinface.

If you want a JSX tone, why not jut get the Vox Satcherater?

I had Rob do a Twin mod for me that can really do the Hendrix "Wind Cries Mary" sound. I am pretty sure that Hendrix used a Twin or Showman for that sound and Rob nailed it. It doesn't do a pushed sound so much as Twins were never meant for that. However with a Tube Screamer in front of it, it really sings.
