Hybrid setup help!

Hello all!

The Randall's online manual didn't give me an answer, so I need some of your help and expertise here...

I am planning to run an "hybrid" setup with:

- Laptop with Amplitube 2 as the preamp (with an RME Fireface)
- RT2/50 as the power amp
- R412XLT as the cabinet

My question is: Can I plug directly from the audio interface output (mono, balanced) into the RT2/50? Or do I need a re-amping device (such as the Radial X-Amp) between the audio interface and the RT2/50?

Hmm... interesting idea. I don't think you'd need any sort of device, as the laptop should be sending line level and the RT2/50 should be expecting line level.
