I have a Plexi Plus on the way, i grabbed it because I've been looking for 1086, and from what i remember it's the same module with a different faceplate.

Yes - the 1086 was Dan Donegan from disturbed's module and then it was the Plexi Plus.
Not sure why as it sounds nothing like a Marshall really - much more like a Recto IMHO

That's what I remember. The normal "unboosted" side could do some decent Marshall tones. But the boosted side was much more of a Rectifier than anything else.
