Hey guys,

Just out of curiousity, when swapping modules while the amp is turned on, do you have to switch it into standby or is it safe to just swap with the amp in play? I never swapped while the amp was on when I had 3-4 module spaces, but now that I only have 2 spaces I'm curious how to do it if have to! Thanks all!

For safety sake I would put it in standby. Otherwise your going to generate some noise that may harm speakers or other components in the amp.

you can hot swap 'em, I would just suggest swapping the module that is not engaged for the reasons ned pointed out.

Oh okay cool! Yeah I was just afraid of swapping the one that was on/off and having it blow something in the amp. Standby it is! Is there a certain amount of time I should wait once turning the amp into standby and swapping the module before I can put it back into play mode? Thanks for the help thus far! :D
