right now it's a Strat, but due to neck shape will prolly end up an ESP Std Vintage Plus. Then I want an Epiphone Casino because of the P90s. Adding to my collection of "cheap" guitars. I'm into single coil stuff as of late -- more versatile

I am lucky enough to own mine. Paul Reed Smith Custom 22 Tobacco burst quilt top with abalone birds. Dimarzio Super Distortion bridge and a Seymour Duncan P-rail in the bridge. Twin coil taps for switching to add more tones. It has the wide fat profile which is perfect for me. I have stopped lusting after other guitars after this one.

Custom Caparison style guitar. 25" scale, two humbuckers (an Alnico 8 with reverse phase switch in the bridge, SC sized Alnico 5 in the neck, both coil splittable, and custom designed), treble bleed mod on the volume pot, Sapele body, TAG style wedgied bolt on maple neck, ebony board (angled with 21-24 frets), Gotoh/Wilkinson trem with a big brass block for sustain and a compensated bone nut, 17 degree tilted Caparison or Jackson style headstock (reverse if Jackson), ESP style neck contour (made asymmetrical to be like their thin u moving to a C, with a slight flattening on the back). Versatile as hell :D

I'll second the Caparison, but I wont be as picky as Shin. Just a Caparison with EMG's would do

I was lucky enough to be able to buy mine, here is a link to a pic

I'd have to say I almost have it. My ESP KH-2 is quite the rig, If it only was Yellow then Id be completely satisfied. I don't like all Black guitars.

P.S. Thankfully I also have an Original Charvel and a Dean MAB1 so if you combine these then Im good. The ESP is better then my Charvel in terms of playability!

Would love to own a George Lynch Kamikaze I, II or III. I always thought his guitars looked the coolest!!!!

Okay I've got this now == if I had to get rid of all but one electric guitar and amp. This would be the one guitar I'd keep of the lot:

There is nothing more versatile than a Stratocaster, and the Legacy is Leo's final version of the Strat.

I'd also keep my acoustic.

My ESP Eclipse is perfect for me.

Only thing I'd change on her is some higher gear ratio tuners and thats it.

OK I've changed my mind. I'm really lusting after a Jackson Soloist Bengal right now. Those tiger stripes with black hardware look really cool.

I could care less about what my guitar looks like.

For me, there is no one guitar that does it all.

But the closest I've found is my '91 PRS Custom 24.
But my '93 Jackson Soloist USA can do things the PRS can't do...
But then, neither will replace my '82 Les Paul Custom.

Gibby wins 80% of the time.

Is it okay if I change my mind?
Rhoads V (with slightly broader shoulders to accomodate better strap pin placement, w/ ESP style cutaway and belly cut).

Neck: Set, 1 Piece quartersawn mahogany with oil/wax finish, full MOP binding.
FB: Ebony compound radius (10-12"), 22 stainless steel jumbo frets, MOP Jackson sharkfins. Compensated bone nut.
Headstock: 16 or 17 degree reverse Jackson style.
Body: 2 piece light sapele body w/ 10-15mm maple cap (total body thickness of 55mm).
Hardware: Gotoh TOM bridge w/ string-thru tailpiece, DiMarzio 3" Cliplock strap, Schaller locking tuners (all nickel)
Electronics: Bourns bridge and neck volume pots, 3 way elector, back-mounted strat style jack.
Pickups: Custom wound TDM pickups (hot, beefy PAF based on a mixture of Gibby Burstbucker Pro and a DiMarzio SUper Distortion in the bridge, secret recipe P90 in the neck).
Finish: Black w/white pinstripes, oldschool Concorde style on top with a deep trans black on the back.

My dream guitar is a Lefty Jackson Rhoads. It also must come with the pick of destiny so I can just shred and part the oceans with my riffage.
