I am ready to try out the modification to the top boost module to tame the gain, but the only resistors that my electronics store have are 100k ohm 1/2 watt resistor, whereas on this site it is stated that the resistor needs to be 1/4 watt.... can i get away with using the 1/2 watt resistor over the 1/4 watt or will i not get the desired result?
