Randall Cabinet Compare

Hi!

I'm planning to buy a Randall Rh150G3-head to replace my old H&K-combo, but I can't choose what cabinet i'm gonna buy. I've thought
R412CXM ( with celestion seventy 80's )
R412JX ( with custom eminence jaguars )
Please give me some info on those cabinets/elements!

BTW, is R412JB and R412JX the same thing?

U can also suggest any other randall cabinets, but i'm on tight budget!

The R412CX are good cabinets, they sound good compared to the Randall XL v30's speaker cabinet, just nog as good. But the difference isn't that big, to be honest. THey have more treble, middle, and a tad less bass.

Great cabs for the price.

Haven't got experience with the other you mentioned.

I would recommend the CXM cabinet with the 80 Watt Celestions, because all of the new G3 models have enhanced low end projection which lower wattage speakers tend not to handle very well at high volumes.

CXM seems to be the best choise right now. I can test it Monday, and on sunday i'm going to see SLAYERR!!! :twisted:
