that's my issue. the light is always on whenever there is signal no matter how low or high, did notice after having the unit on for over an hour, it worked as it should. so i'll be contacting synergy about that.

I can vouch for the older Benzin, It was mine, totally nails the 10,000 days tone. wish i could get this one back, but alas don't have all the money at the moment to buy the combo.

nice fig. I used that setup years ago with my RM4. be sure to play with the tube drive and fuzz face models as they can be tweaked to sound useful. really loved the ambient pad sounds you could create with an M13 when stacking delays and reverbs. Still use an M5 on my pedalboard for misc...

It certainly gets a lot of the nuances and tones of the 101b. Especially how it darkens up the higher the gain knob is set. Just wish it had the b1/b2 switches. Other than that its one of the modules that gets closest to the real thing in my opinion.
