i used to use a metalzone do drive the front end but i recently started using a Zack Wylde overdrive and it sounds realy nice out of this amp. it sounds more natural

what diodes do you recomend puting in the boost section? and does anybody have the modified schem for the fix for the voltage drop when the treble knob is pulled? i thought it was on here but i cant find it anymore.

my old rg100es does the same thing every once in a whyle, i talked to a guy who works on amp heads and he said it was a grounding issue, probably in the efects loop.

Ive been runing that MXR ZW overdrive infront of my old RG100es after trying a ton of overdrives and distortions and that thing screams, if your love the tone of your amp but want some disturbing gain that will do the trick

ive owned mine for over 10 years and love it but im having a hard time finding a schematic for it to do some minor repairs and are atempting to craft a new selector switch but dont want to fry anything. everything i look up is a dead link or a bad email address, any help would be great help :)
