Rob made me a JCM 800 module that is simple yet effective. The cleans are descent when I roll back the volume on the Strat. The crunch kills, and the lead is so much fun to play. It looks like it's a keeper, which is saying something for a tone snob like myself.

Is there anything to put over empty modules on the RM4 that looks good? I will be getting an RM4 next week but won't be able to fill up all of the modules for a few months. Thanks.

Julia, Voodoo mods has a sag switch that they install on amps. I never thought to ask if they could do it on a solid state amp, but I don't see why not since the switch doesn't use a tube rectifier - it just adjusts the voltage. Might be worth looking into. I've heard good things about...

I'd like to see a power amp with a tube rectifier or two thrown in the mix, and the ability to control that sag via MIDI would be really nice. And what about an all analog rack effects unit that is digitally controlled and has MIDI capabilties?
