Do you think the sound quality would decrease? Would one need to buy a better amp like a vht to do the RM4/modules justice?

I have a Single Channel EG3 module modded by Rob aka Jaded Faith. Has "warmth/Clarity" And he brightened it up quite a bit. It's basically a Hot Rodded Plexi but still fairly dark. I either want to sell it outright (Make me an offer) or trade it for both a plexi and SL+.

I plan to eventually get the dual mod on my RM100 and am wanting to buy the Egnater Twin/Deluxe module.. What I'm wanting to know is: Can I use the deluxe channel as an overdriven distorted/crunch sound? Does it break up pretty good?
