SL+ is my fav too. Does anyone have the SL+ with EL34 power tubes? They say a lot of the Marshall sound comes from the EL34 tubes.

Alright someone sent me a PM and recommended that I switch out the tubes in the module so I put in a pair of Groove Tubes 12AX7's and now the module works fine. It's still for sale, taking offers. And here is a picture:

I can get a good Eric Clapton "distorted" blues tone out of the Blackface module.

I had the bias set higher at first with JJ 6L6's and the sound had a very hard sounding midrange. I now have bias set to 29mv and like things a lot better this way. The sound is much smoother and I think this is what the RM100 should sound like.
