hey guys - the el34 channel in my rt/250 is having volume drop recently - a sign to replace them. do i need to replace the 6l6's as well? should both sets be replaced when one set fails or is it safe to keep an older set in? thanks for your help in advance!

i have a rockman stereo chorus and stereo echo that i plug into a rockman midi octopus (this controls switching the chorus and echo) and want to use it with my rt250/rm4. could anybody PLEASE help me to tell me how to set this up? i am not that familiar with midi and have tried all kinds of ways...
