RIP Mailman 1971

Post by crankyrayhanky » Thu Jul 21, 2022 9:43 am

On RigTalk, it was announced that our beloved Dan the Mailman has passed away. Dan was around in the earlier days of this forum, he worked with Pete on a few modded module ideas including that famous "Mailman mod". Always positive, always brought the smiles. He's still top 10 in overall posts here, so I am sure people will remember. Rock on, my online friend

I posted this earlier in the week in Off Topic, very little response....sad what a ghost town this forum is now. RIP Dan...

I got into MTS after Mailman1971 stopped posting so I didn't know him, still, sad to hear news like this.
I also agree that it's sad that this forum doesn't have the traffic it once had.

Sorry to hear this. I bought my first Egnater MOD 50 from him. May he rest in peace.
