Difference between these 2 capacitors ?

I have two orange capacitors. Each has two rows of numbers.

The first row on both read: 715P600V

One of them reads the following in the second row:
102J 0412


The other reads:
102J 0610



What's the difference between these capacitors. Which if either, would give a tighter low end response on a C3 mod?

They're both the same size: 1000pF typical value for tightening up modules @ C3.

That info is correct and the 4 digits are just a date code:

0412 - 12th week of 2004

0610 - 10th week of 2006
