First day issue! New Amp Dead Tube?

Planned on having a fun day with my new RM100KH. Looking over the Amp I see the top of one of the 6L6 Tubes is White. Plug the Amp in and expected to see the Tube Failure Light on but it never came on? Going to call the Shop I bought it from tomorrow!

If the top is white the tube has lost it's vacuum seal.

Brand New out of the box!

Unless the glass bulb of the tube is cracked the most common place for the air to get in is at the tube pins. Used to be fairly common years ago.

The Shop I got it from said they would call Randall and have them send me a new Tube. Let's see how long this takes!
