Am about done with this repair and I'll post pictures.
Found the 4 Ohm tap wire detached from the ohm selector switch, cold solder joint.
Cut away burnt portion of the board and filled it with epoxy.
My Fluke 289 showed 0 nS to ground from B+ terminals. All is good.
Big thanks to Randall service (worth the wait on hold) to answer a few
questions.
