Halp, my module doesn't fit

Hey guys, I'm new here, so sorry if this is in the wrong part of the forum. I got a new RM50 combo off ebay a while ago. Needless to say, it's awesome compared to the 15 watt solid state practice amp I had before. There is a problem with mine, though (or maybe it's user error): I can't get modules to fit in one of the slots. They just won't go all the way in. Now this hasn't been too much of a problem so far as I only own one module, but obviously I'd like to be able to use the other slot in the future. Has anyone here had this problem, and if so how did they fix it?

2 things:

Try removing the tube cage.

By holding the face plate, top and bottom, try angling the module up or down slightly.

hmm, it's still not fitting... Do you know what that big black thing at the back of the module is, and if I can move/remove it?

Edit: actually, I just noticed a sticky saying where to contact Randall... I'll see what they have to say, but replies here are still appreciated

I wouldn't remove anything else. Yeap, talk to Randall.
