LB 100 problem with parallel/series loop. Help!

Hi everyone,

I am asking for some help regarding non working parallel/series loop on my LB head.
When it`s in the paralell loop, it seems that the signal from the guitar goes to my TC G major, because the tuner is working, but no effects can be heard from the processor.
I`ve tried in the series loop, but the volume of the head lowered so much, that I switched it immediately to prevent any damage.
TC is working properly with the other amps, so it`s something with the Lynch Box.
Could it be from 12AX7 tube if it`s used for the loop section?

Hope someone will give me an advance to resolve this irritating problem.

I had a bad cord from to loop to the rack. I know it's to simple but after 2 half hour phones calls. Rob had me run a jumper in the parallel loop. When you go from zero to max if there if a change in tone kinda like a sonic maximizer. The amp is fine. Look elsewhere. Hope that's some help.
