midi channel 2 sticks

my midi channel 2 sticks on my brand new rm100 i got today. it goes to any channel fine except once you hit channel 2, you have to click twice to go to another channel. you can go 1 to 2 or 1 to 3 and 3 to 2 or 3 to 1 but once you hit 2, the next button press will not work. you have to hit 2, 3, or 1 and then the next press switches. what gives? i tried switching pedals and cables to no avail and tried reprogramming each button. no luck. anyone hear of this before?

I had the Exact same problem. Its a short on the Midi Board....
It has to be replaced..
