Speakers with RM100

I have a 4X12 Randall with V30 in the local pratice but at home i have a little Marshall 1X12 with a celestion G12t-150 W and the tone is very different , not bad but very not the same tone

My question is , everybody use V30 with the RM100 ? or use G12t-75-150W or others speakers
