Is there any reason why a Randall RM100 would have a complete volume drop? I tested my output tubes and they are all operational.

Bought the amp in August of 09.

Thanks

The Randall heads are covered under a 2 year warranty correct?

I was just about to sell this to someone here on the board too!

Try new preamp tubes. Or take one preamp tube that is new or you know is good, and swap it in the 1st position, turn on the amp and try it, then if it does not work, put the old one back in and try the same procedure in the 2nd and 3rd preamp tube sockets. A bad preamp tube can cause a volume drop.
