I have an RM50 and i am trying to run a Digitech delay>Hardwire Reverb>Ibanez Chorus Flanger through either of my loops.

I have the Ebtech line level shifter set up as follows

Amp send> Chnl1+4dbu>Chnl1 -10dbv>delay>Reverb>chorus Flanger>chnl2-10dbv>chnl2 +4dbu>Amp return

Now it seems to be fine on my blackface but when i click to my SL+ i get the worst high pitch squeal.

Any thoughts?

Try this:

Amp Send-->pedals IN/OUT-->Ebtech IN/OUT-->Amp Return

You should only need 1 channel of the Ebtech. The other Ebtech channel could be used for another loop, such as if you were using both serial and parallel loops.

Hope that helps

I had two problems I sorted the 1st.

You just solved the second.

thanks Mate :D

Okay this is what I have now.

No squealing, which is excellent

Set up as SacredGroove suggested

Serial Loop works okay but I have a bit of a volume drop when i am plugged in through it.

Parallel loop sounds great but my effects dont seem to be loud enough, i have the effects turned right up on all my pedals?

:oops: :oops: :oops: :oops: :oops: :oops: :oops: :oops:

I had it plugged in the wrong way on the ebtech... all is good

I gotta tell ya, effects loops can be a ***** lol. I keep mine as simple as possible lol. Just a single DL-4 in the parallel loop mixed in @ about 9o'clock... and I still get the cables in backwards sometimes.
