Ugh. Since getting into the MTS game this has been something I've tried to find a solution for as well. I can't find anything (outside of the above link of the bag) for storage.

Go to office max they have these little plastic boxes that fit the modules perfectly

Can't vouch for the Synergy packaging, but original MTS module boxes fit almost too perfectly.
