Sorry, that's just my fancy way of saying that I sent my Ultra mod to Rob to transform into an Ubersonic. I've had other JF mods, but this was the only one I personally ordered. To my knowledge, it's the standard Ubersonic mod.

But... make sure you keep the Silent/Live switch in the Live position, then pull the speaker cable. The Silent position is a misnomer and nothing more than a standby mode.

I briefly owned the ENGL E530 preamp and unfortunately, it was really great at exposing my crappy playing. If the Angel E is anything like the E530, it is definitely meant for someone who is a shred master or likes a really dry, djenty tone.
