Never hurts to ask a stupid question. M4 is rack mounted with other goodies. Is it ok to power up and down with my Furman or should I use the pwr switch on the back of the M4?

You would think it wouldn't matter but who knows? Anybody pop a circuit doing it this way?

You probably broke it... I suppose I could buy it for scrap price from you...

All kidding aside, I think you're ok to just leave the M4 on & use the power conditioner to turn it on & off... I've been using my RM4 like that, with no problem. Someone will correct me if I'm wrong... and in that case, I'd like to know too! 8)

I power up my whole rig from the Furman M4, RM4 RT2/50 and pedalboard. I just make sure the the power amp is on standby before doing so. But no issues with the M4 doing this.

I figured as much and I have also done this with other racks but, new gear, new questions. :)
