RM 20 Head without Silent Option

I recently bought a blemished Palomino RM20 Head from music 123 for 388 and I could not find where this head has the silent option to go out thru the xlr output. It has the XLR connection. Has anyone heard of this. I emailed randall about this but have not heard back from them. I am going to try and find the manufacture date when I head over to the house.

Last time this question was asked, we were told on the amps without the silent switch, the RM20 still has internal protection if you operate it without a cab plugged in.

I had same problem. This is chaos in Randall Exist two versions

but this is only sticker, inside is everything OK, and sounds without cab with no problems - confirmed from Randall, and by me (I played my RM20 more than half year without cab and still works )

Maybe randall has no 3way switches at this time? Who knows. But It works, don?t worry
