RM50 channel switching problem

Hi everybody. My RM50 will not switch channels. The switch on the front panel nor the FS are working. FYI, I am using a Salvation mods pedal and it is getting power to it. Any ideas on a quick fix or do I have to take it in? remember, I am a real dumb **** when it comes to tech stuff....

Have you tried the amp switch with out the foot switch plugged in?

Yep. Tried it all ways.

No idea if it'll work but could be a dirty footswitch jack?? Try cleaning it by spraying some electrical contact cleaner (detoxit, etc..) on a jack and inserting it and removing it over and over. Do it a few times, spray again, repeat, etc.. Then see if either the switch or footswitch are working. Actually, do all of the amp's jacks while you're at it..

problem solved. One of the modules was not making a connection so that when I tried switching to it, there was nothing to switch to. I pushed in on it and voila, back to MTS TONAL tonal goodness.

Be sure the module thumb screws are always snug.
