I guess I didnt take much convincing. Pulled the trigger on the Deluxe module. $95 on ebay. Seems like a good deal.

Currently own one and am considering buying the other. How similiar sounding are these modules ? Different enough to justify owning both ?

Not to hijack, but I need one too. The RF-4C isnt the "stock" footswitch for the RM4, correct ? Can the RF-4C give direct access to the 4 channels on the RM4 (ie button 1 switches to chan1, button 2 to chan2, etc) since the buttons are labeled channel, gain, boost reverb ?

So what product should be used to clean the maple board on the Wolfgang ? This seems to become dirty fairly easily.

To me the maple board and neck on the Wolfgang feels unfinished, but I have read it has a light oil finish. Feels like bare wood to me though.

I usually oil my rosewood fretboards about once or twice a year with good results but have never oiled my one ebony fretboard. Should the ebony be oiled as well ? Use the same product as for the rosewood boards? Also, have a Peavey Wolfgang with the nearly unfinished maple board. I assume this...

I pretty much like all the albums, but "A Sense of Purpose" is my fav. Their new disk drops June 21.

Yeh, swapped the tubes out, no change. Still FUBAR'd.

So I power up my newly aquired RM4 and I notice that the LEDs on all 4 modules remain on at all times no matter if i try to switch channels via the footswitch or via front panel switch Also I get extremely low output. I have to dime the module leve and the master and its still barely audible...

Yeh have been looking at those RM1250s as well as the RM4. Not sure If I am ready to drop $1400 yet. Maybe I will change my mind after i receive my tax refund. On that note, anyone have any good/bad experiences with the Rm1250 ?

Which begs the question: How are you guys storing your modules when not in use (other thana bag) ? My current solution leaves them within hands reach of the amp, but I am looking at fabricating something from household junk that will be a more attractive & efficient solution...
