Wow. I sent an message to Randall CS earlier in the week - my RM 50 has had a busted end-cap on the handle for some time and I was trying to find the correct part.

Ryan (in service) got back to me immediately. He is sending out an entire new handle AND a new Randall logo for the grille by the end of the week.

Amazing service. Fast and furious and FREE. I don't know if you'd get that kind of response elsewhere.

I had been kind of bummed out by my amp, because I was getting some weird crackling noises (even after new tubes). Turns out the bias pot on my amp had gotten fried and was causing the tubes to freak out. This happened the day before a short tour of course...

I still say my Randall can beat all hell...that was the first time I had to touch my amp in about two and 1/2 years, and the first time it logged any hours in a shop. Pretty reliable, I'd say.
