gain 1 on rh50t not working !!!need help!!!

Hi Everybody

Can anybody help my gain 1 on rh50t is not working gain 2 works fine, also the clean channel is very low volume and you have to have the master volume on very high to hear it

could this be anything to do with the tubes

It could,as tube amps can be very finickey.I'm not to familiar with that model.
