KH120H is a cheap, *solid state* version of the Hammett head based on the sounds/circuits of the more expensive MTS head....never played one though so I can't help with what it sounds like.

The KH MTS head is *tube based* and modular and the Hammet Modules are KH-1, KH-2 and KH-3..clean, vintage gain/rhythm, high gain lead/rhythm respectively:

for the price of this solid state amp, you could find a used mts head and a perhaps some modules

some people say its trash and doesnt nail his tone? but im not sure what to belive?, the price of the amp is a lot of cash for me and i have no where to test the amp before i buy

I agree with the above. I, personally, would get a used MTS tube amp instead of the solid state.

it would be foolish to buy the ss amp, do what ever you can to get a mts amp
