Hey guys, uploaded another clip of my JCM800 2203 mod, gain cranked to be exactly like my 2203KK.

Just wanted to show non MTS users (die hard 12 amps in a semi trailer, 500 million pedals, and 4000 cabs guys, uno?) that you can get great tone with MTS system and simplicity at it's best (atleast I think you can :S)

I love it Sir Tbag! Those Marshall sounds are beautiful. I've got quality components on the way and I'm gonna try to make my troubled SL+ sound good. Is that what this was? or was it a Plexi? And if you don't mind me asking, how many component changes were made?

hey dude! it was a JTM, but the whole module has been reconstructed into a real 2203. Many components were changed unfortunately :S

Wow! And you did it all yourself? I thought you were a carpenter, not an electronics engineer! Sounds great on the vid, so it really nails the tone of your Marshall hey? Does it have the "beast" eq? I played one in a shop once and quite liked that tone.

No beast switch, it can never sound exactly like it, like any module, but oh so close!

Yep. Cool. Do you use the beast on your Marshall? Do you add a KFK eq or anything to the module?
It would be great to hear more of that module, some rock & hard rock. It's great to see some vids from you, cobber.

Just had another listen and I guess you do cover hard rock in that clip. Nice throaty Marshall tone!
