Bingo, that's the routing I use, I just have a jumper running from loop 1 out to loop 2 in since my looper has individual in/outs for each loop.
I just bought an M4 this morning to go to 8 modules so I'll be using the looper to select them. I also wire my guitars with stereo jacks so the rhythm/lead pick-up selection can happen on the looper.
Lead p/u > loop 1 in
Rhythm p/u > loop 1 return
Loop 1 out > loop 2 in
(loop 1 off is Lead p/u, on is rhythm p/u)
Loop 2 send > RM4 in
RM4 out > loop 2 return
Loop 2 out > loop 3 in
Loop 3 send > M4 in
M4 out > loop 3 return
Loop 3 out > power amp return
(loop 2 on/3 off is the RM4, loop 2 off/3 on is the M4)
