Which version Ultra XL do I have?

I have read there are a few different versions of the UltraXL. I would like to know about these and the differences between them.

Mine has a chrome face with the wording in white on a black stripe. I was trying to determine the value of the C3 cap. The module sound pretty tight to me. The C3 cap reads: F152KZ 630PPi

Also, the serial # of the module is 0706E1157. Does that mean July of 06? There is also a sticker that list the model as ULTXLA.

Its from June of 2007 and it has a .15 cap.

Small tip for anyone who's trying to make a picture: lean your camera/phone on something so it's steady. and use daylight!
