Sorry if this has been posted before but I am about to send my amps to mojotone to get a "makeover" and they need the chassis/speakers/etc removed.

How do you safely remove the chassis from the amp?
(If it changes anything I will be needing to do this to an RM100 combo, an RM22 head, and potentially to an RM20 combo)

Pull the tubes and tube covers carefully and put them in a safe place. Unplug whatever doo dads you see and then have fun with a Phillips screwdriver!

Yup - undo screws, then wiggle - technical term - and you should be good!

What amp are you trying to remove from the chassis?

well I am sending in my RM100 combo and I'm gonna be snagging the RM22 head from the classifieds here.

I am getting them done with green british style tolex, cream piping, and british style grill cloths (haven't decided on JTM30 style black and tan or the cane similar to an orange amp).

I also have an RM20 combo that I am toying with the notion of sending in.
