I believe so the RM50 can run a cab or even two i believe i used to run my RM50 through a randall warhead cab with V30's and it was killer!

btw good luck actually lifting a rm100 combo up on top of a 4X12 if thats what you intend to do with it.. If i were you and valued having a spine left afterwards id set the rm100 combo next to the cab and run it that way.
