Randall Amplifiers Introduces the Definitive Studio Guitar Recording Rig

Chicago, Illinois, January 14, 2010 ? Randall Amplifiers announces the ultimate guitar recording rig utilizing the new RM1250 studio guitar amplifier and time tested ISO12 Isolation recording/live sound cabinet

RM1250 and Isolation

RM1250
The 50 watt RM1250 is the newest member of the acclaimed Randall MTS Series of modular all tube amplifiers. It?s been designed specifically to house 12 hot swappable MTS modules and permit the player to switch between them using the front panel or floor switch. The RM1250 comes loaded with 12 Randall MTS Modules thus allowing access to a staggering amount of guitar tones that previously would have only been available by using 12 different amplifiers; a financial burden beyond the reach of many studios.

Make no mistake! This is not digital modeling. This is real analog tube circuitry recreating the actual tone of the most sought after classic & modern tube amps of yesteryear and today. Currently there are 20 MTS modules available with more being added this year. Visit randallamplifiers.com for the current list.

RM1250 Features:
12 bays housing 12 Randall MTS modules
50 Watts RMS into 4/8/16 Ohms
Front panel channel switch
MIDI Switching
Adjustable tube biasing points on rear panel

ISO12 Isolation
The perfect neutral environment for all recording and live sound needs. Also works well in volume sensitive environments like apartments and project studios.

The Randall ISO12 Isolation is an enclosed cabinet that features a 12" Celestion? Vintage 30 speaker, and your favorite microphone. The system is essentially a closed, neutral environment that prevents unwanted sounds from entering and unwanted volume from escaping. A locking hinged lid allows access to the speaker & mic mount.

Mount your favorite mic, attach the included XLR cable, close and lock the cabinet. Attach a mic cable to the XLR jack on the outside of the cabinet and connect to your recording console or live sound board and hear the true tone of your guitar from a quiet, neutral environment. In live situations, the ISO12 prevents bleed from other amplified instruments & drums. In the studio, the ISO12 prevents room reflections from coloring your tone. Apartment dwellers will appreciate the huge attenuation the ISO12 provides while allowing recording of your guitar at the volume that produces your desired tone.

ISO12 Features:

* Celestion? Vintage 30 12" speaker
* Mic mount with XLR connector
* ?" speaker input jack
* 60 Watts RMS power handling
* 8 Ohms

Together, the RM1250 & ISO12 are a formidable studio tool of immeasurable value.

Interesting, but what's new for the consumer market?

Since I don't have fuses heavy enough to run that MoFo in my house :lol:

Wow, if I was running a studio, I would definitely get that bad boy. Looks awesome, great idea.
