Hi Guys,

I am a little confused as to all these + & ++ designations when referring to some of the egnater SL modules. On the egnater site they refer to an SL & an SL2 module but nothing about an SL+ or SL++
Excuse me if i am being ignorant.

Weren't the original single channel egnater modules the SL and SL++, and the Randall module was the SL+? Then the dual channel egnater modules became the SL and SL2.

I always though that SL+ = SL and that SL++ = SL2. They're all SuperLead based but the + (or number indicated the amount of gain on tap).

Nope, bduersch was correct. They were named SL and SL++ for the single channel modules and then changed to SL and SL2 (just think of it this way... there are TWO plus signs in the old, hence 2 for the new one maybe?). The SL+ is just Randall's name for THEIR module, not the same as Bruce's modules. :) Randall has Plexi = SL and SL+ = SL2, if you want to think of it that way.
