Tuki covers are great. I have one for my Egnater TOL50 and it has worked like a charm.

I run my DD-20 at +4 with both my amps in the series FX loops, works great. If it wasn't for the Boss Tremolo and Tuner pedals, I'd try the parallel idea form MarcoR.

Looks like for the 2x12s all they have left are the more expensive NXTs and a refurb silver cloth for $559. I jumped on the deal the week before last, got myself a nice 2x12. I was leaning toward an Avatar, but this was $349 shipped, $17 more than an Avatar, with convertible back, mono-stereo...

The PDF posted was extremely helpful, as have several of the threads talking more about the MVB. My RM50 has always been a little kooky with the Master Volume Boost. Occasionally while playing, with nothing plugged into the MVB jack, the amp would suddenly go to max volume and scare the living...

I tried this out a couple days ago, it sounds quite a bit different and I didn't care for it. Anybody have any other suggestions? Anybody else have this problem?

That's not a bad idea. I haven't really tried that. I would prefer to have a master volume, though.

I have a RM50 combo, silver grill cloth, no reverb. The problem I'm having is after the amp has warmed up, the volume sometimes spikes up at random to a higher volume. When it first happened I thought it might just be the output tubes going bad and replaced them with some brand new ones. The...

That's definitely a bummer... if you liked the tone you got with 50 watts, have you thought about either pulling the outer tubes, or maybe running 6v6 tubes instead?

I have a Marshall 4x12 with V30s that I love... how's the V30 perform in the open back combo?

With an infinite amount of cash, I would probably have a similar rig. That's really nice. Gives me a new goal I guess. I really like the oversized 1x12 cabs. Just curious, you only have one amp channel switcher for both amps. How does that work?
