After doing some tube swapping to find a bad tube, and aggravating my back, then the following week pulling it out to play with and further aggravating my back, I've decided to tap out. This thing is just to heavy for me now. I need to sell this, hopefully in 1 shot, to help fund a now looming...

Not really looking for the VH style sound. Thanks for the offer. Glad to hear you like the Custom 3. I've got tubes I've yet to go nutters with, but while the SLO has the openness I like, it's a little harsh on the high end. I'll probably plunk in my EL34's, and put a JJ in the V1 to tame...

Would you take a fully kitted Salvation Custom 3 in trade for the Mark?

tubes are fun. I've had good luck with Tung Sol in my v1 with a Shuguang 9th generation 12ax7 in the V2. I also prefer to use 12AT7's in my PI slot.

Yeah, 2 different pairs sounds safe to me, but 4 different tubes... not so much.
